We intend to disseminate knowledge on writing scientific papers and scholarly publications to assist future researchers.  All conference participants are welcome to participate in this workshop.

Picture Books: Imagining its possibilities

As a follow-up to the keynote presentation on “Seeing beyond what we see”: The role picture book illustrators play in the development of a child’s imagination, this workshop will give participants an opportunity to test their imagination as they reflect on their life history and the experiences that foster their imagination. Through a hands-on art making activity, participants will be able to produce a paper book and illustrate their book exploring the possibilities of imagination.
Materials needed: One sheet of plain white paper, no lines; scissors; a pencil with eraser; something to color with (colored pencils, markers, crayons, etc).
